The eviction process is a process governed by Ohio Revised Code which involves a notice to terminate tenancy for non-payment and/or breach of lease contract. Our office is able to provide the landlord with the Notice and file the Eviction Complaint in Ohio. We currently represent some of the largest Section 8 Housing facilities in Cincinnati. We offer this service at a flat fee for the preparation and filing of the eviction complaint. We also have the means to handle the post-eviction collections process.
